It adheres to the \"two-line monitoring\" jointly implemented by colleges, professional associations and enterprises, and builds a school-enterprise cooperation council. Collaborative Education Group, Professional Steering Committee, and Professional Leaders Association “Four Levels Management”, establish a “four-party evaluation” system in which colleges, enterprises, vocational education experts, and students participate in the teaching operation and comprehensive evaluation of personnel training quality, and improve personnel training. The quality system has established a quality assurance system for schoolenterprise cooperation and education. Practice has proved that the system is suitable for school-enterprise cooperation in local colleges and universities, and has strong promotion and application value. Abstract

Construction of the Quality Assurance System for School-enterprise cooperation in production and education has become an important way for the transformation of local undergraduate colleges. On the basis of years of cooperation experience, this paper constructs a teaching management system that adheres to the training of double-teachers and the performance appraisal of teachers. 地方高校校企合作协同教育质量保证体系的构建
构建校企产教合作质量保证体系已成为地方本科院校转型的重要途径。本文在多年合作经验的基础上,构建了坚持双师培养和教师绩效考核的教学管理体系。坚持高校、专业协会、企业共同实施“双线监控”,建立校企合作理事会。协同教育集团、专业指导委员会、专业领袖协会“四级管理”,建立由高校、企业、职业教育专家、学生共同参与教学运行和人才培养质量综合评价的“四方评价”体系,提高人才培养水平。质量体系建立了校企合作办学的质量保证体系。实践证明,该系统适合地方高校校企合作,具有较强的推广应用价值。关键词:质量保证体系协同教育校企合作
