The device also assists in storing the user's information in a database, allowing for quick parking access, and thereby decreasing traffic congestion. The hardware is built with an ESP8266 and an infrared sensor. Furthermore, the system is managed by a website, which allows the user to keep track of changes regarding available parking spaces. On thing speak, a scalable and accurate database may be developed and hosted on a real-time application for data storage.
