Abstract

Electron transport mechanisms in single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) mats were investigated by measuring the temperature dependence of the resistance. The behavior of the resistance changed as the thickness of samples was changed. By comparing previous various models, it was clarified that the contact tunneling model is the most plausible to explain this phenomena.
