Abstract
In order to accurate test the charge state of battery electric vehicles and improve the load level of electric vehicles, in this paper, an electric vehicle battery testing system is designed. Firstly, the overall design framework of battery test system is analyzed, AD7656-1 AD conversion chip is used for energy-saving control feature extraction, and the sensor is used for acquisition of battery’s charge electrical state information. The acquisition of the battery charge state information for AD conversion control in the field is as a medium for power transmission. Then the electromagnetic resonant coupler of battery characteristics is constructed, and two coils with the same inherent resonance frequency are used to design the output stage of the battery charging state test system for electric vehicles. The optimal control design of the charged state of the battery is carried out with the maximum transmission power and transmission efficiency as the control target. The hardware of the system is developed in the embedded environment to realize the circuit design of the battery charging state test system for electric vehicle. The test results show that the system has good output stability. It can effectively monitor the charged state of the battery and improve the output power and efficiency of the battery.
