Abstract

In the modern educational and research university environment there are new models of organization of investigations, as well as educational and scientific activities, based on innovative technological solutions and pedagogical approaches to open science. Issues of setting up cloud-based open science tools and services for users, forming open science systems within the educational and scientific environment of the educational institution in order to maximize the pedagogical potential of their use, improving learning and research outcomes, and improving the organization of research and educational activities are the subject of the article.
