Data analysis and hypothesis testing techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) which is processed using SPSS 20 for windows Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that simultaneously shows that the independent variables of Training and Work Discipline have a significant influence on the dependent variable Employee Performance, as evidenced by the e. Partially shows that the training variable has a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table. The Work Discipline variable partially shows that it has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic > t table. Abstract

本研究旨在确定:(1)培训和工作纪律对泗水Kedaung Indah Can Tbk员工绩效的影响;(2)培训对泗水Kedaung Indah Can Tbk员工绩效的影响;(3)工作纪律对泗水Kedaung Indah Can Tbk员工绩效的影响。本研究方法采用定量方法。本研究的研究对象为泗水Kedaung Indah Can Tbk公司的雇员。采样技术采用饱和采样,采样224个样本。数据分析和假设检验采用多元线性回归分析、相关系数和决定系数分析、F检验(同时)、t检验(偏),并使用SPSS 20 for windows进行处理。基于多元线性回归分析的结果,同时显示培训和工作纪律这两个自变量对因变量员工绩效有显著影响。部分说明培训变量对员工绩效有显著影响,由t count > t表的值可以证明。工作纪律变量部分表明它对员工绩效有显著的影响,从t算术> t表的值可以看出。对员工绩效影响最大的变量是工作纪律(X2)。
