In this regard, the state management institutions that should be established, the principles of the separation of powers and the final result that we should achieve in the end were explained in a number of works and pamphlets of our first president, I.A. Karimov[1]. First of all, the legal basis for all reforms in the field of public administration and separation of powers in Uzbekistan was created [2].
