Abstract

AbstractIn this article, the author, combining the experience of applying the modularized electronic medical records and related documents in the teaching process: causing a sense of inertia in students, medical records being short of individual characteristics, contents of medical records being piled and self-contradictory, and a weakening of the basic clinical skills of students. Related countermeasures are brought forward in the article: giving play to the subjective initiative of students, enhancing the teachers’ sense of responsibility and their teaching capability, and enhancing communication between students and teachers. 电子病案模板应用于临床教学的问题及对策
摘要结合模块化电子病案及相关文件在教学过程中应用的体会:造成学生的惰性,病案缺乏个性特点,病案内容堆积且自相矛盾,削弱了学生的临床基本技能。文章提出了发挥学生的主观能动性、增强教师的责任感和教学能力、加强师生沟通等相关对策。认识存在的问题及对策,有利于提高临床教学水平。
