Sharia values that shape the character of students include (1) Tawhid (Oneness of God); (2) ‘Adl (Justice); (3) Nubuwwah (Prophethood); (4) Ma'ad (Results). The results of expert validation amounted to 84.3% indicating the learning device was declared feasible to be tested. The formation of student character values is seen from the attitude assessment based on Sharia values that are given treatment and not given treatment.
