Uniquely, the implementation of the Kupatan tradition is carried out on the 1st of Shawwal, Eid al-Fitr, and the 10th of Dzulhijjah Eid al-Adha. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the interaction of the Kupatan tradition carried out by the Banjeng community in maintaining the traditions that developed in their area. The author uses qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach to analyze the results of this study. The findings of this study are to introduce and embrace children from a young age about the Kupatan tradition, so that the existing of this tradition will not lost.
