Abstract

In a user-side integrated energy system, multi-type energy storage is an important device to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system. In the optimal allocation of energy storage, the refined IES mathematical model corresponds to a more reasonable and accurate energy storage capacity. An optimal assignment model of electric/heat/cooling storage which are considering the part load performance of components in IES on the user side is extracted. The purpose of this model is to minimize the annual cost of the user-side integrated energy system, including energy storage investment costs, energy procurement costs and component maintenance costs. The piecewise linearization method is used to handle the nonlinear constraints brought by the part load performance of components to the model. The results show that although the annual cost of the proposed optimization model is slightly higher than that of the traditional model, the optimal assignment results of energy storage obtained by the proposed model are more accurate and practical.
