Evolutionary Research on Financial Core Competence Based on Complex Systematic Theory

Abstract

Financial core competence is dynamic in the process of the corporation's development. This paper analyzed the evolution process of the financial core competence system by use of complex systematic theory and ascertained that financial core competence system is a complex and adaptable system. According to the principle of complex systematic theory, the systematic evolution process model is established, including three stages, ascertaining subject, the evolution of subject and individual and the whole systematic evolution. Finally this paper utilized this evolution model into Hebei Construction Investment Co., Ltd. for Energy as to make validation analysis and got the evolution process of this company's financial core competence.
