Abstract

This paper proposes an omni-directional printed antenna with broadband and high gain for WiFi-5 and WiFi-6 applications. In order to achieve stable omnidirectional gain, both of the ground plane and the radiating elements are arranged on the same side of the printed circuit board (PCB) substrate. Over the whole working frequency band, selecting the left end of the PCB board to supply power helps to achieve good radiation pattern in the H-plane.
