ARCHITECTURE OF A SOFTWARE PACKAGE FOR MULTISCALE MODELING OF MULTILAYER STRUCTURES WITH MAGNETORESISTIVE PROPERTIES

Abstract

The work is devoted to demonstrating the details of designing a software package designed for multiscale modeling of multilayer structures with magnetoresistive properties. The user scenarios that the complex should allow to perform, functional and non-functional requirements imposed on it, as well as details of the technical solution and architecture are considered.
