[Model analysis in children at age 8-10 years].

Abstract

Nowadays, we referred to the European standards in model analysis which was important procedure in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. This study was to determine Thai standards according to Korkhaus method from 93 samples (50 males, 43 females) which were selected by purposive random sampling. Their criteria were normal development of occlusion, acceptable facial profile with no any teeth removal and all incisors erupted. There were a significant sex difference in 6 parameters and not differ in the other (alpha = 0.05).
