Abstract

Computing Environment for Human Learning (CEHL) systems are based on the use of new technologies to improve the quality of learning. However, their training suffers from a crucial problem mainly in the construction of the adapted learning process according to the needs of the learner. In fact thousands of educational resources are available through the web today. Therefore, the learner gets lost and hesitated to choose the most adequate educational resources according to their preferences and state of knowledge.
