Research on the calculation method of resistivity logging based on 2.5-D finite difference method

Abstract

Compared with one-dimensional and three-dimensional modeling, the finite difference method is used to carry out 2.5D modeling calculation. the physical reality and calculation cost are taken into account. At the same time, the problem is changed into a frequency domain problem, the time variable is eliminated, the calculation process is simplified, and the calculation efficiency is greatly improved.
