Abstract

The matter from which the Metagalaxy is formed is constantly changing, evolving. Since the speed of propagation of the electromagnetic wave in space is not instantaneous, it is limited, within the capabilities of existing powerful telescopes, we can observe the forms of matter in different stages of the evolution of the Metagalaxy in chronological order.
