The definition of \"digital economy\" and recommendations on the organization of information management through, inter alia, its digitalization as a determining factor to reduce uncertainty when choosing a more rational management decision, are proposed. The relevance of the introduction of human-machine interaction technologies for the collection and analysis of information, which is needed for making strategic decisions in the conditions of digital transformation of enterprises, is shown. Abstract

The article analyzes the actual topic -- a tool for reducing of uncertainty in strategic management decisions in the "digital economy". The tasks solved in the article are to concretize the concept of "digital economy" and substantiate the digitalization of economic information as a tool for more effective management of the economy. Methods for organization of management and reduction of uncertainty about the object of management by digitization of additional information are used. 数字经济作为减少战略管理决策不确定性的工具
文章分析了实际的主题——在“数字经济”中减少战略管理决策不确定性的工具。本文所要解决的任务是使“数字经济”的概念具体化,使经济信息的数字化成为更有效地管理经济的工具。采用附加信息数字化组织管理和减少管理对象不确定性的方法。本文的新颖之处在于提出了一种方法工具,通过信息数字化来减少选择最合理的管理决策时的不确定性。在统计理论的框架下,分析了与经济相关的基本概念“数字经济”和信息。本文提出了“数字经济”的定义,并建议组织信息管理,特别是通过数字化作为决定因素,以减少选择更合理的管理决策时的不确定性。展示了在企业数字化转型条件下制定战略决策所需的信息收集和分析中引入人机交互技术的相关性。认为利用某一方案的信息,可以提高符合最优选择标准的决策的实施概率,从而减少不确定性,实现战略管理的目标。
