Then, an improved NSGA-II algorithm for single maintenance station scheduling was proposed to consider the priority of maintenance tasks, and a double-strand coding method was designed. At the same time, the crossover operator and mutation operator are improved, and finally the case analysis is carried out. The analysis results show that the proposed method can quickly realize multi-station maintenance scheduling considering priority, and the number of maintenance personnel required by different maintenance stations is different. Abstract

考虑优先级的客梯多维修站调度方法研究
针对目前客梯维修调度主要依靠人工作业,无法满足需要考虑优先级的大规模维修调度的问题,提出了一种考虑维修任务优先级的多优化目标、多维修站维修调度方法。首先,分析了多维修站的维修调度特点,利用k - meme++算法将多维修站的维修调度任务分解为单个维修站的维修调度模型;然后,考虑维修任务的优先级,提出了一种改进的NSGA-II单维修站调度算法,并设计了双链编码方法。同时对交叉算子和变异算子进行了改进,最后进行了案例分析。分析结果表明,该方法能快速实现考虑优先级的多站维修调度,且不同维修站所需维修人员数量不同。该方法可为维修路线的制定和维修人员的确定提供参考。
