Study on the Strategies of Improving Vocational Education Teachers’ Ability Based on the “Internet+Education” Background

Abstract

The development of vocational education teachers' ability is an important research topic in occupation education field. On the basis of research, we established the research framework, and analyzed the present situation of vocational education teachers' ability. Then we establish the strategy nested well with reality to develop vocational education teachers' ability based on the "Internet+Education" background. This method does not need to change the existing mode of teachers training, but to devise the training level based on the existing situation, and to increase the training content step by step, in order to ensure the higher feasibility for the promotion and implementation of the strategy. We hope the research can provide reference for formulating related institutions and the reform scheme on enhancing vocational education teachers' ability.
