Abstract
The video quality in networked vision system is easily affected by the network congestion in the real-time video transmission process. When the machine vision network is congested, the video sending strategy must be adjusted to deal with changes in the network environment. To solve this problem, a rate control strategy based on RTCP control message is proposed.
