Abstract

In late July of this year, SIGHPC's main conference, Supercomputing (SC) 2020, announced that in light of the pandemic it would switch to a virtual meeting. Since our October issue is normally a preview of SC, we'll keep with tradition but highlight how several elements of the program have changed. Of course, these unpredictable times mean a lot can still shift. So please be sure to monitor the SC20 website's Virtual Event FAQ page for updates.
