In this purpose, all the available systems to analyze the risk of a building are first examined. However, the rule based expert system, proposed in this paper is capable of capturing all the uncertainties during the risk analysis of a building. The proposed system is developed by using Rule based Inference Methodology Using Evidential Reasoning (RIMER) Approach. Signs of a risky building are considered by RIMER Approach to infer the risk level of a building. Abstract
