In order to accurately judge the situation of defects, this paper discussed the reconstructured 3D models of the images of stripy flaw by X-ray examination. According to the multiple different angles of 2D images, the principle of three-dimensional ray detection technology is reviewed. There are four steps of the 3D models reconstruction, acquisition of ray detection images at different positions, edge identification, reverse modeling and adjustment of model.
