Abstract

Abstract: the article is devoted to a detailed analysis of modern trends in the professionalization of teaching staff in the field of advanced training. The necessity of making changes in continuous pedagogical education has been determined. Attention is paid to facilitation of the research and educational process. The question of the formation of the professional identity of teachers is considered. Recommendations are offered for improving  the system of teacher training under the condition of supporting school projects and innovative processes in educational institutions.
