The results showed that 73.3% of teachers and 80.7% of students found the application “very good”. Abstract

The quality of secondary education in Peru is one of the lowest in South America, as evidenced by the PISA 2018 evaluation. For this reason, we propose a model based on a B-Learning approach to monitor the competencies of the PISA test in Peru.
