Abstract

According to the increasing demand of performance and operation in diesel engine, Dynamic measurement displacement and air match phase of air valve is made, measurement mechanism and sketch is presented for dynamic condition, microprocessor and work sequence and communication method is discussed, hardware and software for dynamic measurement is provided, digital signal processor (DSP) and laser displacement sensor and signal encoder are selected to form system, dual communication USB data transmission is used to display large amount of data. Displacement and air match phase of air valve is measured in test bench, experimental result showed this design can fulfill dynamic measurement of air valve.
