The article starts with a brief exposition of the educational concept of innovation and \ndevelopment, analyzes the current situation of the current English education model, and discusses the transformation of management concepts, the construction of teachers, the introduction of information technology, the construction of language situations, the \norganization of extracurricular activities, the strengthening of self-learning awareness, and the implementation of graded teaching \nmanagement. Abstract
Facing the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, the requirements of English education and teaching
are gradually improving. As an emerging educational concept, the concept of innovation and development has become inevitable
to integrate into the management of English education and teaching. Incorporating innovative ideas into the extremely important
subject of English teaching can not only improve the quality of teaching, but also play a good role in promoting the ideological
and moral construction of students, helping students to establish a correct outlook on life, values, and world views, and guiding
