Abstract

There has been shift from, only ‘Class Room Learning’ to the ‘Clinical Method of Learning’ and it will be the major revolutionizing work in the history of Law Teaching. The researcher will discuss in detail the learning by doing method  which  can be used for teaching law students and also evaluating them.  The present ‘Learning by doing Model" can also be used to evaluate various projects of students.
