The paper presents an architecture framework of SD-UAV and sensor networking. The comparison is performed between the networks with and without using the SDN approach. Abstract

Nowadays, using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) is applied to many applications such as rescue, streaming, monitoring. The UAVs’ ability can provide flexibility and efficiency in the monitoring operation. However, this poses different challenges, including topology management, resource allocation, and energy consumption for both UAVs and sensor nodes.
