Team and Process Organization in Software Engineering

Abstract

The development process is a wicked problem that causes problems such as incomplete, contradictory, and changing requirements. In addition, the development is tied to a lot of interacting people, which also complicates the process.In this article, these problems are considered and some solutions are proposed: flexibility, active search, learning from mistakes, and spending more time on each individual.
