In recent years the term myofacial painful dysfunction syndrome was defined in mode detail. It is associated with pain without apparent destructive changes on the X-ray picture. In the submitted paper attention is paid to conservative treatment of painful dysfunctional muscular syndrome by means of an occulsion splint. Abstract
