Endogenous demands of survival and development drive thermal power enterprises to carry out digital transformation. This article proposes an intelligent coal-fired power plant construction plan with a two-level architecture design that considers intelligent production in power plants and regional collaborative management in a certain region. The article also gives some research direction of key technologies such as ubiquitous sensing data network and data center construction, depth analysis of the data, optimal control and deep peak regulation technology, and intelligent security management technologies.
