Abstract

This paper presents the design and simulation of high-gain Bow-tie array antenna working at millimeter-waves (57-64 GHz). By loading a low-index metmaterial unit-cell in front of a bow-tie end-fire antenna, and double G-shaped unit-cell at the back of antenna, the antenna parameters, such as the gain, front-to back ratio, and side-lobe level are significantly improved.
