[Position of the lower incisors in Class II division 1 malocclusion with hyperdivergence and mandibular retrognathism].

Abstract

The lower incisors are proclined while the maxillary teeth are well positioned in the Class II 1st division malocclusions with retrognatic mandibula. Thus this shouldn't be modified by an orthodontic treatment considering the above factors determinant in this particular facial typology.
