Firstly, we propose a Japanese teaching quality evaluation index system, which contains four main parts, such as 1) Teaching attitude, 2) Teaching content, 3) Teaching method and teaching ability, and 4) Teaching effectiveness. Secondly, to determine the weight for each factor in the proposed system, we introduce the Analytic Hierarchy Process technology, which can achieve a priority of the importance of each alternative. In particular, in AHP, an overall object is located at the top level, and the criteria in the middle level refer to the overall object. Abstract
