This method divides the shift process into three stages according to the synchronizer working characteristics, and adopts different control strategies. According to the fuzzy control theory, the fuzzy criterion rules are established to automatically determine the stage boundary point of the synchronizer shift process, and adopt different motor shift control strategies at each stage. It monitors whether the shift process is normal by means of redundant judgment. Abstract
