GFSK modulation, a continuous phase variant of FSK modulation has been popular these days for numerous high data rate applications in digital communication systems. The simulations of both the modulation schemes have been carried out over an AWGN channel in MATLAB 15.0. It has been observed that BER for GFSK modulation shows an improvement compared to FSK modulation at all the SNR values leading to high PTE.
