Abstract

LEO ( 1000 km ) satellite RM-1/AO-21 includes two linear transponders, one digital multiprocessor unit of electronic mail ( Rudak- 2 ), as well as other attributes: command line, system of telemetry, board power supply. Is ideal means for fast computer exchange short ( to 200 kilobytes ) files between users, located in difficult locations: pole Antarctic and Arctic stations, marine and air court, geological expeditions and etc.
