By means of cloud computing technology, the reliability of IT infrastructures can be significantly improved; the technique on power dispatching can be easily standardized; and the advanced functions can be rapidly delivered. It also shortens the cycle of deploying new power system automation facilities and reduces administrative costs. Abstract
This paper presents the Deployment Method of power dispatching automation system based on cloud computing, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of cloud computing technology in key electrical applications especially power dispatching.
