Abstract

Distribution network coordinated control technology realizes active control of bidirectional power flow in distribution network by dispatching distributed generation (DG) and energy storage system (ESS), and improves the ability of distribution network to absorb intermittent energy. Perfect monitoring and control system is the key to realize the coordinated control of the distribution network. This paper analyzes the test requirements of the distribution network control system, and proposes a test platform based on DIgSILENT. The implementation method of the platform interface is discussed.
