Abstract

Abstract: The article utilized questionnaires to find out the behavior of college Students' evaluations of teaching effectiveness and its influencing factors, and made use of statistical software to analyze the data. The results show that with regard to teaching evaluation, we need to understand the following points: its meaning and purpose needs more publicity; face up to the influence of subjective cognition; improve the organizational management and system design; pay attention to the construction of teacher virtue; teachers’ personal qualities have a great influence on the results of evaluations.
