In this paper, starting from the connotation of employee training risk management, it is shown that the main reasons of employee training risk are as follows: the wrong idea, the imperfect training system, unreasonable training technology, loss of talents, cultivating the competition, enlargement of professional and technical secrecy, and the time lag of getting training benefits. Aimed at different causes of the staff training risk, the measures to prevent the occurrence of risk or reduce the loss of training risk to minimum are put forward. Abstract

As an investment to the enterprises, staff training has both risk and income. So the risk management of staff training turns to be a key link of the human resources management work in the enterprise. In this paper, starting from the connotation of employee training risk management, it is shown that the main reasons of employee training risk are as follows: the wrong idea, the imperfect training system, unreasonable training technology, loss of talents, cultivating the competition, enlargement of professional and technical secrecy, and the time lag of getting training benefits. Aimed at different causes of the staff training risk, the measures to prevent the occurrence of risk or reduce the loss of training risk to minimum are put forward. 员工培训风险管理
员工培训作为企业的一项投资,既有风险,也有收益。因此,员工培训风险管理成为企业人力资源管理工作的关键环节。本文从员工培训风险管理的内涵入手,指出员工培训风险产生的主要原因有:观念错误、培训制度不完善、培训技术不合理、人才流失、培育竞争、专业技术保密扩大、获得培训效益滞后等。针对员工培训风险产生的不同原因,提出了预防风险发生或将培训风险损失降至最低的措施。树立正确的员工培训观念,构建有效的培训体系,采用合适的培训技术,防止培训后员工流失,加强对企业技术和商业秘密的保护,消除或减少培训项目价值的贬值。
