Abstract

This paper is proposing to develop biosensor to detect small molecular protein like insulin via DNA aptamers. Small molecular weight proteins play important roles in several diagnostic detections. Aptamer-based detectors have extraordinary properties compare to traditional immunodetection. This paper is proposing to develop DNA aptamer-based biosensor which is also a popular topic in the field of sensor.
