Abstract

The Valuation of a business is an effective tool allowing to use the cost approach in the management of the company. The article considers the ways of formation of effective information systems that provide the rationale for the alternative management decisions in the system of financial management in enterprises that should provide a good rationale for the level of risk and the subsequent evaluation of business value.
