Abstract

In the problems of analysis and synthesis of the organizational structure of unique projects, the Information Theory is used. The modeling of the organizational structure was carried out at the most abstract level. A technique for optimizing the organizational structure is proposed, taking into account the principle of information value of management system resources. Information indicators of the effectiveness of the management system are formalized.
