Abstract
Primary pyramidal horn with a stepped diffractive dielectric lens has been designed to be used in a perimeter radar to shape the required radiation pattern in a band of frequency around 77GHz. A full-wave simulation for this structure indicates directivity improvement and side lobe level (SLL) reduction which is necessary for radar applications.
