Abstract

This study used the SPH method in Abaqus/Explicit to simulate different powders' cold spraying collision deposition processes, which proposed the deformation coefficient Y between the depth of the foundation pit and the size of powders after deformation determine the critical velocity of powders. The results show that different powders have different critical velocities.
