Abstract

The influence of pH, temperature, and albumin content in the incubation medium on the vitality incubated hepatocytes was tested in vitro as well as the effects in the trypan-blue exclusion test. pH changes between 6.8 and 7.4 in the incubation medium have not any influence on the vitality of the hepatocytes or the trypan-blue exclusion test.
